In one of the towns I am interviewing people (or at least trying to... some of them are busy busy busy), Chongos Bajo. This is how they wash the carrots. The next time I came by they were put in bags and putting them into a truck. Somehow I am here more conscious of where the food, clothes etc. comes from...
