This is the Pacha Manca I wrote about before.. I finally tried it! Here the nice lady from the restaurant and her daughter are taking out the food of the hole in the floor. That is how they 'cook' the food. I can't really say I liked the pieces of meat, sweet patatoes and vegetables we got, but Pierrina said it wasn't the best either.. Well one of my informants is really eager to take me to a Pacha Manca another time, so hope I will like that better..!
